Vereda Consultoria Ambiental is aware of Decree No. 8,420, of March 18, 2015, which regulated the Anti-Corruption Law, and is committing to establish the parameters of integrity that are considered in the evaluation of micro and small companies. Are they:
1. Commitment from the company's management;
2. Adoption and implementation of standards of conduct, code of ethics, policies and procedures;
3. Training and dissemination of the integrity program;
4. Reliable accounting records;
5. Internal controls that ensure the preparation and reliability of reports and financial statements;
6. Procedures to prevent fraud and irregularities in bids, in the execution of administrative contracts or in any interaction with the public sector;
7. Disciplinary measures;
8. Procedures that ensure the prompt interruption of irregularities and correction of damages;
9. Transparency in donations to candidates and political parties.

The existence of the Code of Ethics and Social Responsibility seeks the full application of the organization's principles and values.

An ethical environment is understood as one in which values such as legality, transparency, partnership, respect for differences, hope, cooperation, justice, leadership by example and the search for the common good can be seen. Strengthen credibility with customers through respect and honesty.
Ensure up-to-date technological resources for good analytical resolution.
Seek technological support in reference services to address any technological deficiencies.Add value to services, meeting the needs of customers, exceeding their expectations, aiming at their satisfaction and loyalty.
Foster qualified relationships with professionals from different areas of knowledge: Environmental Engineers, Agronomists, Civil Engineers, Mining Engineers, Geologists, Biologists, Surveyors, Administrators, Economists, Sociologists, Lawyers and with educational institutions (Colleges and Universities);
Disclose information regarding the provision of services with transparency.
Respect the absolute secrecy and confidentiality of the analyzes performed and services provided to each client.Value pre- and post-business relationships, seeking to continually improve them.
Employee Relations
Relationships with its employees cover the following characteristics: integrity, equality, transparency, professional appreciation, privacy of personal and company information. These aspects define the conduct of both the employee and the company, and between the company and the employee, in accordance with the guidelines specified below:

Develop activities correctly and honestly, preserving and strengthening the company's principles and values.
Perform all routine functions in the best possible way, making efforts to achieve the goals set by the company.
Treat ethical conflicts and misconduct with absolute secrecy during their reporting until their investigation and eventual punishment.

Promote the preservation of the environment with a focus on sustainable development.
Use technology that does not generate aggressive waste to the environment or ensure their proper treatment.
Encourage the adoption of good environmental responsibility practices by employees, partners, suppliers and customers.
